Initial Consultation
This is the first stage to making your project a reality.
Proposed Scope of Works
In this stage we will present you with a Client Preliminary Agreement which is for specific services or for any additional design and drafting work. It may also be for the engagement of outside consultants. It will outline the Scope of Works you would like us to proceed with and any associated upfront fees.
Concept Plan Presentation
This is the most exciting and anticipated stage in the design process. At this meeting, we will present a dimensioned floorplan complete with 2D elevations of your project allowing you to visualise what we are proposing for your new home.
Pricing of your Home
Once everyone is content with the design and everything is black and white, we proceed to the estimating stage of the project. Your plans are priced by our team, trades and suppliers to match the specifications and instructions of your specific design brief.
We pride ourselves with our direct client consultation, full transparency and include everything in our costings up front so there are no HIDDEN SURPRISES along the way.
Building Contract Stage
When the Plans, Inclusions and Costings has been agreed upon, in order to engage our services for the construction, we’ll require the completion of a HIA Building Contract, approve and sign off of all drawings and specifications as well as an initial deposit under the conditions of the Contract, 10% of the Building Contract price. This is paid prior to lodging Plans to council.
Approval
In order to schedule a commencement date, we need to receive stamped approved plans from local Council and Plumbing authority and proof of your finance or lenders approval to proceed with construction.
Selection Process
We will provide you with a selections schedule thoroughly detailing the selections to be made by you. To help assist you we have categorised the products you need to consider first and then the order of priority.
The Build Begins
Once we have Council approval we can finalise the Start date and then it all happens.
